This role is multifaceted, involving tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products through our facility. A strong commitment to safety is a core requirement; you will be expected to utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including those concerning safe Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
