Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Sacramento, California as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is integral to our logistics operations, responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to excellence are key. We emphasize a culture of safety, and all associates are required to adhere to stringent safety guidelines, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, involving standing for long periods and regular lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Process shipments and prepare them for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing orders.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
- Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to use required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
