You will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical stock.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics staff to optimize inventory processes.
- Report on inventory accuracy and related metrics.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE when required.
