Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Sort, label, and stock products in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Pack orders efficiently and ensure product integrity for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE diligently.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
