We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art distribution center in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This is a critical position within our logistics network, impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your duties will include using scanning equipment to track inventory, selecting items from warehouse shelves, packaging products securely, and labeling packages for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also a key responsibility. We foster a culture of Safety , and adherence to all established safety procedures is paramount. All team members are required to wear the designated PPE . This position requires consistent physical activity, including considerable Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing and walking. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
