Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is crucial for the efficient movement and organization of goods within our warehouse. As a Material Handler, you will operate various types of equipment to load, unload, transport, and store materials. Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and into warehouse storage areas.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials to and from various locations within the warehouse.
  • Organize and stack materials to maximize space and ensure easy accessibility.
  • Inspect equipment daily for safety and operational issues.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock put-away.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Report any safety hazards or operational problems to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow.
  • Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
