We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our bustling warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan! In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately locating, picking, and packing items for customer orders. Your efficiency and attention to detail directly impact our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include using scanning devices to track inventory, assembling orders with care, and preparing packages for shipment. We maintain a strong commitment to Safety and expect all employees to adhere to our protocols, including the diligent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This physically demanding position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience with order picking systems is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
