Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be integral to our daily warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient storage, retrieval, and movement of goods. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders accurately, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. You will operate various warehouse equipment and must be comfortable with tasks involving regular Lifting. Safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. This position offers a chance to learn and grow within a supportive logistics environment. You'll work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of customer orders. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a safe, productive workspace is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Receive and process incoming inventory; stock shelves and storage areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful record-keeping.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina and consistent Lifting. Understanding and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be reliable.
