As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our logistics and distribution network, handling a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming stock.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing logistics.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Follow company procedures for handling and storing goods.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of materials up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to Safety and workplace regulations.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
Work Environment:
This position is situated in a busy warehouse environment. Depending on the season, temperatures may vary. The job requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and periodic Lifting. Strict adherence to all Safety regulations and the use of appropriate PPE is mandatory.
