Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Verify product information, including SKUs and quantities, for accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting and the use of PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and repetitive motions.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
