We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, managing stock levels, and implementing procedures to minimize shrinkage and errors. You will work closely with warehouse management and operations staff to ensure efficient stock rotation and optimal organization. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail are essential for this position. Experience with inventory management software and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics principles are highly desirable. This role may involve some physical activity, including lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating the warehouse. While not as physically demanding as some other roles, a commitment to safety and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is still required. You will play a key part in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring that our products are readily available for fulfillment.
