We are looking for a meticulous Shipping Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our outbound logistics process, ensuring that all shipments are accurately documented, processed, and dispatched on time. Your responsibilities will include preparing bills of lading, scheduling carrier pickups, verifying shipment contents against order records, and inspecting packages for any damage before they leave our facility. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment. The ability to communicate effectively with carriers and internal stakeholders is vital. This is a physically active role requiring you to be on your feet for extended periods and to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
