We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate selection of items from our inventory and their secure packing for shipment. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics network. We emphasize a safe and productive work environment, requiring strict adherence to all Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE. This is a hands-on position that involves frequent Lifting and requires individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packing.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the packing station and work area.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Contribute to achieving daily picking and packing performance targets.
- Assist with receiving and put-away duties as needed.
- Support the smooth operation of the warehouse logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of Safety best practices in a warehouse.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to wear designated PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
