Seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our advanced logistics hub in San Jose, California. This position is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, directly impacting our customer satisfaction. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments and accurately stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks (certification opportunities available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in stock management.
- Identify and report any issues related to inventory, equipment, or workflow.
- Follow all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards for fulfillment operations.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be physically active for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse machinery.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and reflective vests.
