Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve warehouse inventory.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers with accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE during shifts.
- Support inventory control processes, including cycle counting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Handle various Lifting tasks throughout the workday, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Valid forklift certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and practices.
- Commitment to wearing and using required PPE.
- Ability to perform demanding physical work, including extensive Lifting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
