Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders with care, using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, strictly following all safety protocols and using required PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic safety practices in a warehouse setting.
