Seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our Tampa, Florida facility! This role is key to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists and scanning technology.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently to prevent damage during transit, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment, including applying shipping labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area and warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment quotas.
- Assist with quality assurance checks of products and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks and lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices is essential.
