We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and stocking incoming inventory, as well as picking, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas efficiently and accurately.
- Pick orders using handheld scanners or other specified equipment.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, after proper training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
