We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential to our logistics and supply chain operations, involving the handling of goods from receiving to dispatch. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and the safe operation of warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring clear aisles and accessible storage.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support overall logistics operations by ensuring smooth material flow and timely order processing.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Follow all established procedures for material handling and logistics.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices and equipment operation.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
