We are seeking dedicated and efficient Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to speed will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring that all orders are processed correctly and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and other warehouse equipment.
- Inspect items for damage before packing to ensure quality.
- Select appropriate packing materials to protect products during transit.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
