About the Role
An Account Coordinator is an essential part of our client services team, designed for those with some hands-on industry experience and a passion for digital media and creative. This position provides the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of media execution, campaign coordination, and client service fundamentals.
You will support senior team members in managing campaign deliverables, coordinating with internal specialists, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is a growth role for someone who has a foundation in marketing or media and is eager to expand their skills while contributing to high-impact client campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Client Support: Working alongside our Associates and Account Directors as one of the main points of contact for clients, attending meetings, preparing meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Project Management: Maintaining timelines, deliverables, and status documents to ensure smooth execution across internal teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with Associates and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather inputs, coordinate next steps, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the trafficking and reporting of performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist with pulling campaign performance data, checking reports for accuracy, and surfacing key insights.
- Media Operations: Liaise with vendors on requests for proposals, media bookings, and asset delivery.
- Presentation Prep: Contribute to client decks and internal documents with data, research, and updates.
What Makes You a Great Fit
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to build on early experience in marketing and move further toward client-facing responsibilities. We're looking for someone who:
- Has 1–2 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related client service role.
- Knowledge across performance marketing (search, social, video, programmatic) and/or creative project management in an agency setting would be an asset.
- Experience with project management tools would be an asset – we use Asana, Slack and the G-Suite of products internally.
- Brings strong organizational skills and enjoys keeping projects on track – this is an absolute must for this role.
- Excellent attention to detail skills – you can QA a document like no other and spot errors before they become issues.
- Communicates clearly, both in writing and verbally, with internal teams and clients.
- Is curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
