Position OverviewFuse Advisors is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 10–15 years of experience in the mining sector, strong technical knowledge, and a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and passionate problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. Those who enjoy coming to the Vancouver office are welcomed to do so.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multidisciplinary mining projects from inception through execution and delivery.
Coordinate internal consultants and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Prepare and present project reports, technical documentation, and strategic recommendations.
Serve as a primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding evolving needs.
Support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
Bachelor's degree in Mining, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field (required).
10–15 years of progressive mining, metallurgical, mechanical, and/or civil engineering experience within the mining industry.
Both field and office based work backgrounds are welcomed.
Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder mining projects (across exploration, development, operations, or closure).
Strong understanding of mining economics, operations, and project development lifecycles.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
PMP certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
Legally eligible to work in Canada and located within the country.
