Night Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service during the evening hours.

This is a key position that requires strong math skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Maintain accurate daily balancing and postings for all departments.
• Perform POS balancing and finalize departmental balances.
• Manage room and restaurant reservations during night hours.
• Provide personalized guest services and respond to guest needs as required.
• Carry out additional duties of a Guest Services Representative during the night shift.
• Assist at the Reception desk as needed.
• Handle cash preparations for employees.
• Implement emergency procedures when necessary.

• Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and general accounting principles.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude.
