We are hiring a Receiving Clerk for our bustling Seattle, Washington location. This integral role is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming inventory, ensuring it meets our quality standards before entering our logistics system. You will be tasked with unloading shipments, meticulously verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists, and conducting thorough inspections for any damage. Accurate data entry into our inventory management software is critical for maintaining up-to-date stock levels. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe receiving area is a top priority for overall warehouse efficiency. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth workflow. Adherence to stringent Safety protocols is paramount, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves. This position involves physical work, including some Lifting and moving of materials, so candidates must be capable of performing these tasks consistently. Experience operating pallet jacks or other basic warehouse equipment is beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong organizational skills.
