Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Ensure proper organization and placement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Utilize inventory management software and systems to track stock movements.
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
- Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to Safety regulations and protocols.
- Properly document all inventory adjustments and transactions.
- Oversee the correct usage and maintenance of PPE within inventory-controlled areas.
