Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, encompassing a wide range of tasks from receiving and storing goods to preparing them for shipment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Properly store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces and equipment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking procedures.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
