- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned, supporting overall logistics operations.
- Perform lifting of boxes and items as needed.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- A commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and occasional overtime.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Understanding basic logistics principles will be beneficial.
