Join our growing team in Nashville, Tennessee as a Shipping & Receiving Associate! This dynamic role is at the heart of our warehouse operations, managing the inbound and outbound flow of goods. You will be responsible for accurately receiving all incoming shipments, verifying order details, and inspecting products for any damage. Proper staging and storage of received goods are critical. On the shipping side, you will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented. This includes operating shipping software and coordinating with carriers for timely pickups. Maintaining an organized and efficient dock area is essential. You must be comfortable with frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and possess good manual dexterity. A strong commitment to workplace safety is required, including the consistent use of provided PPE and adherence to all safety procedures.
