We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment of goods. You will work closely with our logistics team to pick items from inventory, pack them securely, and prepare them for distribution. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect picked items for damage or discrepancies.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing quotas.
- Communicate any issues or delays to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Understanding of logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
