This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from shelves, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the use of appropriate PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to perform various tasks as needed within the logistics operation.
