Become a Fulfillment Associate at our St. Louis, Missouri facility and be a critical part of our e-commerce operations. This role encompasses a range of activities including receiving inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing them for shipment. We need individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding our standards for accuracy and efficiency in logistics. Your contribution ensures timely and correct fulfillment of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Verify order contents against shipping documentation.
- Label packages and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks that may require significant Lifting of products and packages.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment goals and maintaining high productivity.
- Assist in inventory management processes and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving frequent Lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
