The Warehouse Coordinator will play a vital role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficiency. This position involves coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and supervising a team of warehouse staff. You will be responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing storage space, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems. Responsibilities include: managing warehouse staff schedules and performance; coordinating with transportation providers; maintaining accurate inventory records; implementing and enforcing warehouse safety procedures; ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations; managing the receiving and shipping departments; and facilitating effective communication between shifts. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure. Experience in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
