We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Miami, Florida. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, reconciling stock levels, and maintaining precise inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will work closely with various departments to resolve inventory issues and implement process improvements. A strong understanding of **Logistics** and supply chain operations is essential. You will also be involved in receiving and put-away processes, ensuring that all incoming goods are correctly identified and stored. Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, including adherence to all **Safety** procedures and the correct use of **PPE**, is a core responsibility. This position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle **Lifting** of materials up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
