In this position, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with efficiency and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate shipping materials to prevent damage.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation correctly.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and following all protocols, including wearing PPE. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
