We are looking for a dynamic Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is central to our efficient logistics network, responsible for a wide range of tasks that keep our distribution center running smoothly. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders with precision, packing and preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your contribution is vital to meeting our operational targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and record-keeping.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company logistics goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and logistics operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
