We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our Orlando, Florida team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in ensuring that our stock levels are precise, supporting efficient logistics operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are methodical and committed to accuracy in a warehousing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Track stock levels and report low stock items or overstock situations.
- Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse storage areas.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- May involve occasional manual Lifting of inventory items up to 30 lbs.
- Support overall logistics efficiency through accurate inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Understanding of Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve occasional Lifting.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
