Job Summary:
Become a Distribution Center Associate at our Fort Worth, Texas facility! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support our extensive logistics network. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and other tools.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including staging, labeling, and securing packages.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Wear and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Contribute to meeting daily operational goals for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the overall logistics process through diligent work and teamwork.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
