Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and other tools.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including staging, labeling, and securing packages.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to meeting daily operational goals for efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the overall logistics process through diligent work and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
