Job Summary:
Our fast-paced distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our team. This role is integral to our logistics operations, focusing on the efficient movement and organization of materials within the facility. As a Material Handler, you will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to receive, store, and distribute materials. Ensuring the Safety of yourself and your colleagues is paramount; adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, good physical stamina, and a commitment to accuracy. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory control and supporting the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
  • Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Adhere to all Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of materials.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Forklift certification or demonstrated proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all Safety guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
