Use Your Skills to Make a Difference Required Qualifications: Active Health Insurance License
or ability to obtain.
Must reside within the designated local territory to serve the community effectively.
Comfortable with
daily face-to-face interactions
in prospective members' homes, and engaging with the community through service or local activities.
Valid state
driver's license
and
proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
with coverage limits of at least 25/25/10 (or higher based on state regulations).
Preferred Qualifications: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
Prior experience in
selling Medicare products.
Experience in
public speaking
or presenting to groups.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as
Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual
in English and Spanish, capable of speaking, reading, and writing fluently in both languages.
Additional Information: This position is subject to Humana's Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program, necessitating driver license validation and MVR review.
Humana associates who communicate with members in languages other than English must pass a language proficiency assessment to ensure competency.
Schedule:
Variable appointment times on nights and weekends are required; flexibility is key to success.
Training:
Mandatory attendance for the first five weeks of employment.
Interview Format:
Candidates will complete a prescreen using HireVue, a quick means to share your relevant experience.
Compensation: The anticipated total compensation for full-time employment (40 hours weekly) is between $80,000 - $125,000 per year, including base pay and commission with a guarantee. Actual earnings will vary based on performance. Travel:
