About the Job The Data Scientist at Zone & Co is responsible for leveraging advanced analytical techniques and machine learning models to extract meaningful insights from AI and product‑related datasets.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and implement production‑ready machine learning models and algorithms for core AI product features (e.g., Anomaly Detection, Forecasting, and Active Learning systems).
Provide the core analytical expertise for the ZB Agent family by developing model logic that enables agent actions, decision‑making, and scaling capabilities across financial workflows.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and data processing systems necessary for model training, inference, and continuous improvement of Active Learning.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production, perform AI evaluations, monitor performance, and communicate complex quantitative analysis and findings in a clear, actionable manner to stakeholders.
Adhere to data governance and ethical AI principles, as well as all company policies and procedures.
Design, build, and deploy production‑ready predictive and prescriptive machine learning models that drive the ZB Agent family and core product features.
Clean, transform, and preprocess raw data from NetSuite and other sources to ensure model readiness; implement MLOps strategies for robust model lifecycle management and continuous validation.
Conduct A/B testing and leverage Active Learning principles to continuously monitor and optimize model performance, data pipelines, and efficiency for large‑scale financial data processing.
Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define clear success metrics, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and effectively scope and manage project timelines.
Build and maintain reports to track key performance indicators; document all analytical processes; present findings and actionable recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s shared codebase; ensure ethical and compliant use of data and models, adhering to data privacy standards and supporting data governance initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methods for the data science stack; provide technical guidance on best practices.
What You'll Need
Must have 3+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar quantitative role.
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) is required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
Expert proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Solid understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP); AWS preferred.
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into meaningful executive summary reports.
Ability to innovate, execute and deliver results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal.
Effective problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.

What you’ll do
Develop and execute product enablement strategies that drive adoption and customer outcomes.
Build scalable enablement resources (playbooks, onboarding programs, FAQs, certifications).
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate product launches into effective enablement.
Deliver engaging training through workshops, webinars, and digital resources.
Ensure consistent product messaging and positioning across teams.
Create and maintain a product knowledge hub and up‑to‑date documentation.
Establish feedback loops between customer‑facing teams and Product to improve adoption.
Track and analyze KPIs such as adoption, retention, and sales productivity to refine programs.

What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in SaaS product enablement, product marketing, or product management.
Proven success building and scaling enablement programs in high‑growth environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex ideas.
Experience with enablement and collaboration tools (LMS, CMS, knowledge bases, analytics).
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, influence cross‑functional teams, and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
