Food Service Professional

Job Title

The Server is a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This position requires a balance of technical service excellence and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service by greeting guests, anticipating preferences, and adhering to dietary restrictions and allergies.


• Execute flawless steps of service throughout the dining experience, balancing professional etiquette with authentic engagement.


• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, quality standards, and presentation.


• Maintain strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers, strictly adhering to state liquor regulations.


• Maintain mastery of table numbers, room capacities, operating hours, and standard table setups.


• Review and execute daily Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and guest itineraries.


• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas.

Requirements

To succeed as a Server, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a fine dining or luxury resort environment.


• Prior experience in a high-end property is preferred, but not required.


• A strong working knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.


• Proven ability to communicate professionally with guests, management, and colleagues.


• A high school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.


• A valid Food Handler's Certification.
