Our busy Houston, Texas distribution center is looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our logistics team! This role is fundamental to our success, involving the accurate and efficient retrieval and packaging of customer orders. You will be responsible for using order sheets and scanners to locate items in our warehouse, ensuring that each order is picked precisely and packed securely for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety; all employees are required to adhere to safety protocols and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, walking, reaching, and the ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to daily productivity goals. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped for success in this role.
