Are you looking for a stable and rewarding career in Colorado Springs, Colorado? Our warehouse is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position is critical to our Logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will play a key role in receiving, storing, and dispatching products, contributing to our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. A strong focus on Safety is essential for all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process inbound inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency and cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Use designated PPE at all times to ensure personal and co-worker safety.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items, or operational hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Skilled in Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
