We are hiring Picker/Packers for our bustling warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina! Your primary role will be to accurately select products from our inventory based on customer orders and carefully pack them for shipment. This position is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their items quickly and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency to meet daily order quotas. Key duties include reading order pick lists, locating items on shelves, confirming product details, and preparing items for shipment. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all packages are properly sealed, labeled, and ready for carrier pickup. We foster a team-oriented environment, encouraging collaboration and mutual support. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is paramount, and all employees are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent Lifting of moderately heavy items. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Select products accurately according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks when necessary.
- Meet daily picking and packing performance targets.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock organization.
- Support the overall logistics workflow of the warehouse.
