Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper storage and handling.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Support various logistics functions as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
