Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in San Antonio, Texas! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is crucial for the efficient flow of goods within our facility, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks, including moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of performing manual labor, and possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Experience with basic warehouse equipment and a willingness to learn are highly valued. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing to the successful delivery of products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is beneficial.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
