Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse stock based on pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure correctness.
- Package products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Confirm order accuracy before sealing packages for shipment.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including packing stations.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE, such as gloves and safety glasses.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily picking and packing quotas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and perform repetitive Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse workflows and logistics.
- Must be willing to adhere to all Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
