Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Kansas City, Missouri, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to our efficient order processing and delivery system. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately and quickly fulfilling their orders. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely when required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
  • Maintain a steady pace to meet daily fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
