Are you ready to be a key player in our San Diego distribution center operations? We're looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to support our extensive logistics network. In this role, you'll be involved in a variety of warehouse functions critical to our success. This includes receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move materials around the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and timely processing of orders. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is crucial, and adherence to all safety regulations is non-negotiable. We provide ongoing training on best practices for material handling and warehouse management. Your commitment to safety is paramount; therefore, the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes is required at all times. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs, and prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending. You'll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
