We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse. This role is critical for optimizing inventory accuracy, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and managing stock adjustments. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail. You will work with various departments to ensure inventory integrity across the supply chain. A strong commitment to Safety is expected, including adherence to all protocols and proper use of PPE . This role requires proficiency in inventory management software and strong data analysis skills. While extensive physical labor is not the primary focus, some Lifting may be required. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and profitability of our Logistics . Responsibilities include developing reports on inventory levels, turnover, and aging, as well as recommending improvements to inventory processes. You will also assist in the training of warehouse staff on inventory procedures.
